A wide awning stripe in powder blue on white — woven through, not printed, so the colour is the same on both faces and the stripe never fades unevenly. From a distance it reads as a soft, cool solid. Up close it is unmistakably a stripe. That is the whole trick: it is the easiest shirt in the range to wear, and the least boring. Mother-of-pearl toned buttons, a collar cut to sit flat when open, and enough length to wear out without looking borrowed.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Do not bleach. Dry in shade. Warm iron on the reverse.
