Refund & Exchange
Free size exchange within 7 days, what qualifies as a faulty item, how refunds are paid, and what we cannot take back.
We would rather you had the right size than the money back, so the exchange is free and the process is short.
Size exchange — free
Within 7 days of delivery, exchange any piece for a different size of the same piece, at no charge.
The garment has to come back:
- unworn and unwashed,
- with tags attached,
- in the packaging it arrived in.
Message us on WhatsApp or the contact page with your order number and the size you want. We arrange the pickup. Once the piece reaches us and passes a look-over, the replacement ships — usually the same day.
If the size you want has sold out in the meantime, you choose: a different piece of the same value, or a refund.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If we sent the wrong piece, or a piece arrives with a fault, that is ours to fix. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We collect it at our cost and either replace it or refund it in full, including any delivery charge you paid.
A fault means a manufacturing fault — a seam, a fastening, a hole. Loose thread and a slight variation in shade between the photograph and the cloth are not faults; natural fabric is not printed to a colour code, and the screen you are reading this on is not colour-calibrated either.
Refunds
Refunds are made for faulty items, wrong items, and cancellations before dispatch. We also refund an exchange where the size you wanted is no longer available.
- Bank transfer orders are refunded to the account the payment came from.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer; we will ask for the account details.
- Processing takes 5–7 working days from the day the piece reaches us, plus your bank's own time.
What we cannot take back
- Anything worn, washed, altered or perfumed.
- Anything returned without tags, or after 7 days.
- Sale pieces marked final sale at the time of purchase.
- A change of mind on a piece that fits. The size exchange is free precisely so the decision to buy can be made on fit rather than on guesswork — read the size guide before ordering.
Refused deliveries
Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel at the door is not a cancellation. It costs us the courier's charge both ways, and repeat refusals mean we will ask for prepayment on future orders.
