Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan only. Orders are packed in the order they arrive.

Timing

• Dispatch: within 1–2 working days of the order being confirmed.
• Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch for most cities.
• Remote areas: add 1–3 working days.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. A bank transfer order is only confirmed once we have matched the payment, so the clock starts then rather than at checkout.

Charges

Delivery is free unless the checkout says otherwise — any charge is shown before you confirm, never added afterwards. Cash on Delivery carries a Rs. 200 handling fee, which is the courier's charge for collecting cash, and is why bank transfer costs less.

Tracking

Every order has its own page; the link is in your confirmation email. When the parcel leaves us you get a dispatch email carrying the courier's name and tracking number, and the same detail appears on the order page.

If nobody is home

The courier attempts delivery, usually twice, and will call the number on the order. Keep that phone reachable — an unanswered phone is the most common reason a parcel goes back.

A parcel returned to us because nobody could be reached can be re-sent, but the delivery charge for the second attempt is payable by the customer. For a Cash on Delivery order, that means paying the delivery cost before it ships again.

Checking your parcel

Check the parcel in front of the courier where you can. If a piece is missing or damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs — that is a claim we can make good, and it becomes much harder later.

Address changes

We can change an address before dispatch. Message us with the order number as soon as possible. Once the parcel is with the courier the address is fixed.
