Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Placing an order means you accept them. We may update them; the version in force is the one published here on the day you order.

Who can order

You must be 18 or over to place an order, and the details you give us — name, phone number and delivery address — must be your own and correct. An order we cannot deliver because the details were wrong is not one we can refund the delivery cost on.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable tax. Delivery charges and the Cash on Delivery handling fee, where they apply, are shown as separate lines at checkout before you confirm.

We take reasonable care with pricing, but if a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price — an evident typing error rather than a low price — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you before we do.

Stock and cancellation

Stock is held for you from the moment the order is placed. We can still cancel, and will refund you in full, if:

• the piece turns out to be unavailable or fails our own check before packing,
• a bank transfer is not paid within 48 hours,
• we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent, or is being placed for resale.

Delivery

Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier, its handling is the courier's. We will chase a delayed or lost parcel on your behalf and make good anything that does not arrive.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Product descriptions and images

We photograph garments as accurately as we can. Colour varies between screens, and natural fabric varies between batches — a difference in shade is not a fault. Measurements published on the size guide are of the garment, taken flat, with a tolerance of roughly half an inch.

Your account and your content

Reviews you write may be published on the site alongside the product. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that is not yours to post; we remove anything that is.

Intellectual property

The RIZONÉ name, the garments' designs, the photography and the text on this site belong to us. Copying them for commercial use is not permitted.

Our liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses — a missed occasion, for example — and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Pakistan.
